Yeah, nice tunes! And what first jumps into my eyes
is the great artwork! Everything’s in the vein of old horror-film
posters or advertisements. It looks so B-movie, so that you could
expect another crappy horror-punk band ripping off misfits.

But what enters your ears is Hardcore influenced
skatepunk. Enemy Alliance continue where Satanic Surfers of which
they’ve got a member, ended up. Great guitar melodies and slower parts
with a angry and, too, feeling voice. I like them very much, they are
fresh sounding, without inventing something new. It’s a pleasure to
hear that there can be skatepunk songs with an own identity. And the
lyrics are personal and what I liked most, they’re political in a very
critical way. And Vultures for example is about music industries.

Enemy Alliance is the stronger band on this split, it’s more aggressive and harder.

I’m looking forward to there full length in 2008!

The Indecision Alarm offers more melodies to us and
the voice isn’t that rough as Flygare’s is on the Enemy Alliance
tracks. Guitarist and bass-player share the job of singing and they fit
together very well.

Enemy Alliance combines Skatepunk with Emo.
Especially the guitar melodies that invite to dream away with the nice
lyrics are great. Drums stabbed back politely into the background.

Violence, Coercion, Surveillance is the biggest hit
within their songs. It’s the fastest one and as a general topic of The
Indecision Alarm it deals with social problems. So TIA fit together
perfectly with EA on this split.

Two Swedish bands, related to melodic skatepunk, having a critical political attitude.

It was a pleasure to review this Horror Business output. Great!
